Straining to touch your toes or attempting to contort your body into uncomfortable poses is not a part of the Stretch Therapy method.
How does Stretch Therapy offer relief?
Tight muscle tissue restricts movement, causing pain and stiffness over time. As we adjust our actions to avoid movements that produce discomfort, our muscle tissue further tightens, creating a cycle of muscle constriction.

Connie C. Williams co-created step/bench aerobics in the late 1980s, producing videos and traveling the world training instructors, corporate clients, and personal trainers—including Princess Diana’s personal trainer.
When she had her sons, she knew it was time to take a step back from her high-profile career so that she could focus on my family. But then… she seriously injured her hip.
For 6 weeks, she could barely walk on her own; she tried just everything to ease the pain—including chiropractic visits and massages. But NOTHING provided lasting relief.
One morning, she noticed the foam roller stretching tool that her sons had gifted her for Christmas, still in its packaging in the corner of the bedroom. She decided to give it a try. Within weeks, she found freedom from her hip pain—all thanks to Stretch Therapy.
Since founding her company in 2017, it has been her mission to lead others to the healing power of Stretch Therapy through her group classes, private sessions, and online videos.
